We do. Where several buildings or sites are managed together, defects can be surveyed and reported as one schedule so works are prioritised and programmed rather than dealt with one call at a time.

Anything found outside the agreed scope is reported with photographs and priced for approval before it is carried out, so there are no unexpected additions at invoice stage.

We are SafeContractor accredited, and site-specific risk assessments, method statements, insurance details and operative training records - including IPAF, PASMA, CSCS, CITB and NPORS as relevant - are issued for review before work starts.

Yes. A condition survey with photographs and a priced schedule of works gives budget holders the information needed to plan spend across the year rather than react to failures.

We are based near Eye in Suffolk and work UK wide, with most planned and multi-site work carried out across the east of England and beyond.

Project duration depends entirely on the scale of the works - the area involved, access arrangements, the number of coats or stages, and drying times between them. Once a specification is agreed we confirm a programme in writing, and we hold slots for urgent or weather-critical work.
